If asked to describe Saddle Mountain the first thing that comes to mind is a unique mountain to the southwest of Tonopah with the outline of a saddle. (when viewed from the southeast or the northwest.) This mountain is within approximately 50,000 acres of public land that is administered by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) with Arizona Game & Fish responsible for wildlife on the mountain.
